Illinois Officers Legal Source Book - Volumes 1 & 2

As most of you know, the "Peace Officers Bible" is updated every year.

We have been working hard to create the best constitutional criminal procedure book ever written for officers.

This update will be completed before the end of year.

We are also in the process of writing a statutory book for Illinois officers. This will Volume 2 of set.

The statutory book will include the most important criminal statutes -- and, more importantly, the case law interpreting them. Way too often, officers do areest for crimes like obstructing, resisting, etc when case law prohibits it. Also, knowing the case law related to crimes can help officers to gather the evidence properly for prosecutors so that a guilty verdict may be obtained in the case.

This book will probably take about a year to complete.
